The present Privacy Policy: pursuant to article no. 13 of the General UE Regulation on data protection (General Data Protection Regulation, below “GDPR”) and illustrates the modes of operation, sharing, access, change or cancellation of personal informations provided by the user. The policy is also inspired by the Recommendation n. 2/2001 on minimum requirements for online data collection in the European Union, taken by the Working Group Article 29 on May 17 of 2001.

Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to artt. 15 and ss. of Regulation, the user is allowed to ask Polymec srl, anytime, the access to the personal data, the correction or the cancellation, or object to their processing pursuant to art. 21 GDPR. Is, however, allowed to ask the limitation of the processing in cases provided for the art. 18 GDPR, as well as to obtain in a structured format, commonly used and readable for automatic devices in the cases set forth by article 20 of the GDPR Regulation.
Request must be sent in writing to the Holder at the address listed in paragraph n.1 of the present Privacy Policy.
In any case the user always has the right to clam to the competent Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data), pursuant to art. 77 of Regulation, if it considers that the processing of their data is contrary to current legislation.
Modifications
Polymec srl reserves the right to modify or simply update the content of this Privacy Policy, partly or completely, also because of changes to the applicable laws.
